Eventually,  I ordered this cake  at cake shop near my house  myself.
 Very delicious!

Hello!
This is Yuh.

I have two  children.
My son Ayu is 5 years and my son Wata is 2 years old.
Ayu likes insects very much,especially beetles and stag beetles.

These are very popular insects in Japan and
Most of Japanese boys like them very much.

Now, we have kept two beetles at home.
But I am not good at  a beetle because It's like a cockroach...


 

夏野菜の酢漬け 日本語版

こんにちは、高橋です！

毎日暑いですね～。
しかし７月ももう終わり。
早すぎです。。。。


最近、我が家では「酢漬け」にハマっております。
先日お会いした編集さんが「浅漬けのもとに野菜を漬けとくと子どもがパクパク食べますよ～」と言っていたのを真似させて頂きました！

ちなみに我が家ではこちらの酢を愛用。
ミツカンのマリネ用の酢らしい。

カットした野菜をタッパーに入れ、ドバドバと上の酢を入れて
半日漬けるのみ！（冷蔵庫に入れて冷やしてね）

 

ちなみにズッキーニとパプリカはオリーブオイルで

フライパンで焼いてから入れました。

これを料理というのかどうかはともかく…。

簡単で美味しいので、夏の常備菜におススメです〜★

Today, I will introduce a simple cuisine

The various dishes seasonings so many are sold in Japan.  
We can make easily.

It is convenient to use this↓ to make the marinated vegetables!

 

 












The company "Mitsukan" is making this vinegar marinade.
(Mitsukan is a Japanese company that makes vinegar of various types)


How to make ...
 
1)  do the preliminary arrangements of vegetables

◆cucumber, zucchini, paprika;
  cut  to suitable size and fly the paprika and zucchini. 

◆cherry tomatos;
  take the stem of cherry tomatos




 
2)  throw them in storage containers.

3)  pour the this vinegar(photo↑) into the containers.
    and  in the refrigerator for about half a day.

You can easily make, and are very delicious marinade！

Japan is summer now.
It is very humid in the summer most of Japan.

I want to spend a healthy by eating a lot of vegetables!
